Edelweiss HR is a small but mighty team consisting of great people - all working together to provide help and assistance from start to finish.

Family run and fuelled on cups of tea and enthusiasm, we work hard because we love what we do and guarantee you will love working with us, and hopefully will become part of the Edelweiss family.
Anna created the business in August 2018, with the prime goal of providing personalised HR service to small businesses, charities and individuals, ensuring that the team consists of individuals who also believe in the values she works by, and also deliver the service to all clients  in a professional but personalised way. 


Anna is a qualified Life Coach and HR professional. She has proven leadership and management skills and a wealth of experience across start-ups, mature businesses and charities.


Becki has recently attained Level 7, CIPD. She has 8 years operational experience across public sector and commercial businesses. She is passionate about delivering good customer service and working collaboratively with others to reach shared goals.


Fiona has over 9 years experience in HR, working in private and not-for-profit sectors. Fiona achieved the Level 7 CIPD qualification and has used this to complement her HR generalist skills. She has extensive experience in employee relations management, recruitment, training and performance management.

Ginny is an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist and strategic background in retail, travel, industry & banking, in the UK and internationally.


Christina has over 25 years’ experience working within a variety of industry sectors for large corporate companies and latterly small businesses, running the day to day operations.

She has worked with us for a number of years and supports us on all areas of finance.


Dianne has been brought into the team to help raise the profile of Edelweiss HR, and to contribute to the social media story of the company.
Dianne has a broad range of experience, from being HR director for over 20 years, to running her own events venue. She is now focusing on helping smaller companies and charities in all areas of business.
